We have identified the services industry to be one which offers immediate opportunities to train and develop community members with a range of skills that can be deployed in a professional environment. The possession of such skills provides workers with the dignity of contributing and the opportunity for personal growth within our organisation or the industry at large.

We further identified, engaged with and subsequently formalised an association with Quatro Integrated Services whose experience we will be drawing from in order to achieve and adequately build a sustainable group of woman-owned and led entities that can impact our society in a positive manner. We trust that our vision towards offering integrated and specialised services is deemed worthy of your support. Who We Are

Quatro Africa Operations, Quatro Africa, is a pioneering level 2 B-BBEE majority black female owned and led soft services company offering a professional, cost effective suite of integrated and specialised services whilst focussing on empowering the local communities in which we operate by identifying and developing potential through skills training and development programmes offered through our strategic association and partnership with the established and experienced Quatro Integrated Services.

Our Mission is to develop and empower unskilled workers with an opportunity to contribute positively to our economy. Our Vision is to become a level 1 B-BBEE woman owned and led preferred supplier of soft services.

Ownership

Quatro Africa Operations is currently a level 2 B-BBEE empowered company, of which a major portion is female-owned. It is our short term goal to become a level 1 B-BBEE woman owned and led supplier of soft services.

Our employment focus is to empower our employees and to improve their lives. Through our partnership with Quatro Integrated Services we have access to over 8000 qualified employees nationally.

The vested interest held in the company by our executive and senior management as well as that similarly held by our partnership group of companies lead to hands-on involvement in daily operations at the highest level greatly enhancing our overall service level offering.

Our strategic partnership and association with Quatro Integrated Services enables Quatro Africa’s current network to stretch across South Africa into Mozambique and Namibia with Regional offices that have dedicated administrative and operational staff together with senior management.
